Wedding Package Proposal

Whitewater is available for exclusive use functions or group bookings during all meal periods other than Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday lunch. Reservations are subject to the following conditions; A minimum reservation of 80 paying adults is required A minimum spend of $160.00 (inclusive of GST) per person (food and beverage combined) or a minimum spend of $12,800.00. Alcohol and beverage may be charged on consumption or a beverage package may be pre arranged and purchased. There is a compulsory 7% service charge on the final bill. There is 10 % surcharge on Sundays and public holidays.

Menus

• Set menus or alternate menus are available.
• Children are offered a special menu at $25 per head.
• Vegetarians and guests with special dietary requirements are of course catered for.

Policies and Conditions

Confirmations- payments

• Whitewater will hold the requested date for 2 weeks after the initial enquiry, then a $500 deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• A 50 % prepayment on the greater of minimum spend or estimated numbers is due 60 days prior to the function.
• Final numbers (which will be the minimum number charged) are due 2 weeks in advance.
• Final payment (based on the greater of minimum spend or estimated numbers) is due 48 hours prior to the function.

Cancellations

• For cancellations with greater than 60 days notice, a $50 administration fee will be charged.
• For cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to the function, the$500 deposit is forfeited.
• For cancellations within 30 days of function, the 50% prepayment is forfeited.
• Should Whitewater restaurant cancel on its commitment as outlined above for any reason:
• A full refund of all monies paid will be made. 
• Whitewater will not be held liable for any further costs incurred by the hirer in relation to this booking.

Timing

• Lunch weddings: Guests may arrive at 11:30am for drinks and canapes. Bar closed and music concludes at 5pm sharp. Guests to leave no later than 5:30pm.
• Dinner weddings: Guests may arrive at 5:30pm for drinks and canapés. Bar closed and music concludes at 11pm sharp. Guests to leave no later than 11:30pm.

BYO

• As Whitewater is fully licensed, BYO is not possible.
• All Staff at Whitewater has undergone responsible service of alcohol training. Whitewater will stop serving any guest who is drunk, disorderly, violent or under eighteen and the guest will immediately be asked to leave.

Music

• As Whitewater is in a residential area there are certain noise level restrictions that must be adhered to.
