Group Bookings

parties of ten or more guests will be placed on two tables, parties of more than twenty guests will be placed on three tables etc. whitewater is available for exclusive use for functions other than friday night, saturday night and sunday lunch, however group bookings of up to 20 are available at these times. To book exclusive use of the restaurant there is a minimum spend requirement.

there is a 10 % surcharge on sundays and public holidays. all alcohol and beverages are charged on consumption. there is a compulsory 10% service charge on the final bill for parties of ten or more. for parties of ten or more a deposit of $20 per person is required upon booking. the reservation is not complete until the information provided in the Group Booking Form is signed and returned.  if the booking is cancelled within twenty four hours the deposit will be forfeited. you will be charged for your final confirmation of numbers.

• for groups of 10 or above, for dinner, a $85 menu is offered, with a choice of 3 entrees and 3 mains from our group booking menu, dessert plates to share and tea, coffee and petit fours.
• for groups of 10 or above, for lunch, a $75 menu is offered, with a choice of 3 entrees and 3 mains from our group booking menu, dessert plates to share and tea, coffee and petit fours.
• alternatively our 6 course tasting menu is available for $95 or $145 with matching wines.
• for groups of 20 or above alternate service will be offered.
• vegetarians and guests with special dietary requirements are of course catered for.
