The perfect end to a day or evening on the water, catch the Manly ferry across the sublime Sydney Harbour, take a short promenade along the renowned Manly Beach, then sit back and enjoy Whitewater’s chic beach house atmosphere with a glass of wine, an exquisitely prepared meal, and great company.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Whitewater’s seasonal and flavoursome mod oz menu and extensive wine list will not disappoint. The perfect place for an extended weekend breakfast, relax with a steaming long black and Whitewater's signature Asian inspired breakfast dish – wok fried eggs with steamed rice, sweet soy, sesame oil, chilli, herbs, and crispy shallots. Also on the menu is omelette with wilted spinach, roast tomato, mushrooms and woodside goats cheese; buttermilk pancakes with berries, maple syrup and vanilla icecream; and Whitewater's own muesli with fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt and milk.
For those wanting a quick lunch on the run, Whitewater’s lunch menu is set to inspire delight. Choose from a wide selection of dishes that includes whitewater thai fish cake with a salad of coconut, smoked trout, roast peanuts, chilli and herbs with a red nam jim dressing; duck and shiitake pie with potato puree, peas and beans; pan fried swordfish, yamba prawns and scallops on confit fennel potato puree with curried mussel butter and grass fed sirloin steak with handcut chips or garlic mash served with red wine butter, béarnaise or bordelaise.

With dinner, Whitewater comes into its own. Step in from a brisk stroll by the water and prepare to watch the world go by from the comfort of your seaside table with slow roast beef fillet with spinach, balmain bug, garlic butter and potato gallette; roast barramundi, corn puree, king mushroom, truffled pecorino, shaved walnuts and frisee salad with walnut oil; pan fried swordfish, yamba prawns and scallops on a confit finger fennel, potato puree with a curried mussel butter or roast free range chicken ballantine 'moroccan flavourings' on lentils with grilled figs and herb yoghurt.
