Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Whitewater’s seasonal and flavoursome mod oz menu and extensive wine list will not disappoint. The perfect place for an extended weekend breakfast, relax with a steaming long black and Whitewater's signature Asian inspired breakfast dish – wok fried eggs with steamed rice, sweet soy, sesame oil, chilli, herbs, and crispy shallots. Also on the menu is omelette with wilted spinach, roast tomato, mushrooms and woodside goats cheese; buttermilk pancakes with berries, maple syrup and vanilla icecream; and Whitewater's own muesli with fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt and milk.
For those wanting a quick lunch on the run, Whitewater’s lunch menu is set to inspire delight. Choose from a wide selection of dishes that includes mushroom,leek and goats cheese terrine; lightly smoked trout with apple , cucumber, radish and croutons finished with a ligh wasabi dressing; salmon with potato and roast garlic puree, tomato confit, salt and pepper squid drizzled with crushed olive oil; slow cooked barossa valley chicken fillet with pistachios, spiced leg cigar, parsnip, carrots and braised escholts, or a selection of pasta dishes. If you prefer a steak, grain fed sirloin or rib eye on the bone straight from the char grill, accompanied by shaved fennel, parsley and crisp onion salad, with a selection of sauces will be perfectly cooked, just the way you like it. |

With dinner, Whitewater comes into its own. Step in from a brisk stroll by the water and prepare to watch the world go by from the comfort of your seaside table with chef's tangine style of swordfish with chermoula, sweet potato, dates, green olives, cous cous, mint yoghurt and harissa oil; or pyrenees lamb rack with pressed shoulder, carrot puree, ricotta filled zucchini flower, spring peas and orange gremolata; or even slow roast 'terra rossa' beef tenderloin, sweet corn puree, sauteed asian mushrooms and spinach topped with wasabi butter. Or perhaps you are in the mood for something simpler - market fresh fish perfectly grilled and served with a mixed leaf and herb salad finished with lemon olive oil
