Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Whitewater’s seasonal and flavoursome mod oz menu and extensive wine list will not disappoint. The perfect place for an extended weekend breakfast, relax with a steaming long black and Whitewater's signature Asian inspired breakfast dish – wok fried eggs with steamed rice, sweet soy, sesame oil, chilli, herbs, and crispy shallots. Also on the menu is omelette with wilted spinach, roast tomato, mushrooms and woodside goats cheese; buttermilk pancakes with berries, maple syrup and vanilla icecream; and Whitewater's own muesli with fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt and milk.
For those wanting a quick lunch on the run, Whitewater’s lunch menu is set to inspire delight. Choose from a wide selection of dishes that includes chinese duck broth with duck and prawn dumplings, shiitakes and water chestnuts; fennel cursted kingfish, shaved fennel, pink grapefruit, marinated fetta; cripsy skin hiramasa kingfish, lentils cooked with pancetta, matelote butter; pot roast jon dory, moreton bay bug, king prawns, lobster bisque, saffron fennel and potato, olive toast, smoked rouille; roast organic chicken, mushroom and chestnut risotto, brussel sprouts, chicken jus, truffle cream and chargrilled sirloin steak with handcut chips, béarnaise or red wine mushroom sauce. |

With dinner, Whitewater comes into its own. Step in from a brisk stroll by the water and prepare to watch the world go by from the comfort of your seaside table with red wine braised black angus beef "tongue in cheek', roast garlic mash, glazed carrots, horseradish cream; humpty doo barramundi, sauteed seasonal mushrooms, two corns and hollandaise; whole baby snapper crisp fried served with black bean sauce, steamed pippies, fragrant rice; or squid ink linguine with blue swimmer crab, cuttlefish, scallops, chilli, lobster stock, lemon zest and aioli.
